Responsibilities

As the Water Mitigation Reviewer at PRN, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitor mitigation estimates concentrating on the technical aspects of water mitigation interacting with vendors to ensure proper mitigation occurred and adjusting estimates based on loss facts.

Job functions include but are not limited to:

· Monitors mitigation estimates and final billing to ensure accuracy

· Assesses mitigation handling on a claim-by-claim basis

· Interacts with water mitigation vendors within designated timeframes at the conclusion of mitigation ensuring proper mitigation was conducted and estimated

· Identifies mitigation or vendor trends and shares best-practices across the group

· Comes to agreed settlement with vendors on mitigation estimates

· Manages full caseload effectively – driving quick cycle times

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Supports the organization’s quality program(s)

· Supports the organization CAT efforts as needed

Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the residential/commercial water mitigation industry

· Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification-Water Damage Restoration Technician (IIRC-WRT) and/or Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification-Applied Structural Drying (IICRC-ASD) required

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated accountability

· Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple target dates

· Ability to work effectively with others, as well as independently

· Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision

· Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

· Strong Microsoft Office experience

· Demonstrated attention to detail

· Experience in ability to resolve unexpected or escalated issues quickly

· Self-driven sense of urgency as needed.

· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
